Our tour packages typically include accommodation, meals as specified, transportation, professional tour guide, and entry fees to attractions mentioned in the itinerary. Flight tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses, and activities not mentioned in the itinerary are generally excluded unless specified.

Our cancellation charges are: More than 30 days before departure - 10% of tour cost; 15-30 days - 25%; 7-14 days - 50%; Less than 7 days or no-show - 100% of tour cost. Full refund is provided if we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we provide comprehensive visa assistance for international tours. Our team helps with visa application forms, document verification, and submission guidance. However, visa approval depends on the respective embassy/consulate, and we cannot guarantee approval.

For domestic tours, you need a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). For certain destinations like Leh-Ladakh or protected areas, additional permits may be required, which we help arrange.
