1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Holiday Tourism's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Holiday Tourism
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from us
  • Tour packages are subject to minimum group size requirements unless specified otherwise

2.2 Payment Policy

  • Advance payment: 25-50% of total tour cost at the time of booking
  • Balance payment: Must be completed 15 days before departure date
  • Payment can be made through bank transfer, online payment, or cash
  • All payments are subject to bank charges and service tax as applicable

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total tour cost

3.2 Cancellation by The Holiday Tourism

  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • In case of cancellation by us, full refund will be processed within 10-15 working days
  • Alternative tour packages may be offered as compensation

4. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

4.1 Generally Included

  • Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
  • Meals as mentioned in the tour package
  • Transportation as per the itinerary
  • Professional tour guide (where applicable)
  • Entry fees to monuments/attractions as specified

4.2 Generally Excluded

  • International/domestic flight tickets (unless specified)
  • Personal expenses like laundry, tips, shopping, etc.
  • Travel insurance
  • Any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
  • GST and other applicable taxes (unless specified)

5. Travel Documents and Visa

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents including passport, visa, and permits
  • We provide visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approval
  • Visa rejection does not entitle customers to a full refund; our cancellation policy applies

6. Health and Safety

  • Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their travel
  • We recommend travel insurance for all bookings
  • Customers participate in activities at their own risk
  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health issues during the tour

7. Changes and Modifications

  • Itinerary changes may occur due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to ensure customer safety and tour quality
  • No refund will be provided for unused services due to changes beyond our control

8. Liability Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid by the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, terrorism, political unrest) release us from liability

9. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints must be reported immediately to our tour representative during the trip
  • Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of tour completion
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and use customer information only for tour-related purposes
  • Customer data is protected and not shared with third parties without consent
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information

11. Communication

  • All official communication will be through registered email addresses and phone numbers
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information
  • Important tour updates will be communicated via email and SMS

12. Modification of Terms

The Holiday Tourism reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and customers will be notified of significant changes.
